Body By Silk Inc. is a privately owned gym owned and operated by IFBB Pro, Jerry Garner. Jerry is a Graham High School alumni who continued his education with schooling in physical fitness and nutrition. He is a 6-time NPA Natural Pro Male Athlete of the Year and received his IFBB Pro Card in August 2018. Jerry has a passion for changing lives and his goal is to make clients feel at home and help them achieve a healthier lifestyle. The gym offers a 7500 square foot facility with a variety of fitness classes, including Personal Training, Zumba, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, Genesis Stretch and Dance Aerobics, Abs, Spin, Line Dancing, Circuit Training, and Middle East Dancing. All fitness levels are welcomed. Clients have praised the gym's great variety of equipment, family atmosphere, and affordability, with no extra fees or 12-month obligations. The staff, including personal trainers, have been described as helpful and welcoming, creating a non-judgmental environment for those looking to get back into shape.

Love this gym. Great vibe, staff, equipment and it’s very clean. After COVID I hadn’t worked out in 2 years and have been very out of shape. No one judges here, lots of space and equipment - greatly appreciated.
