UNC Family Medicine at Goldsboro provides a positive experience for patients. Friendly staff, including nurses and those up front, are accommodating. Doctors, such as Dr. Cottle and Ms. Lightfoot, are attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable, listening to concerns and creating personalized plans. Referrals are also provided as needed, making patients feel comfortable and informed about their care.
First visit was today. Appointment with Miss Lightfoot. She was very friendly and took time to listen to all my concerns. Very knowledgeable and put together a plan to address my needs.
I saw Ms. Lightfoot today for the first time and was very pleased with my appointment. She was very attentive, listened to my concerns and lengthy medical history and provided me ideas and solutions. She also provided referrals that where requested. I am very comfortable with her and the treatment plan we created.Nurse Karen and the ladies up front were also very nice and accommodating. I would recommend Ms. Lightfoot. I will update as I interact with the other providers.
Providing an update. I didn't want to let one poor interaction keep me from a good provider, so I have had a few more interactions at this point. The PA's that I have seen and their assistants here are fantastic. Karen (I believe that is her name) at the front desk is amazingly nice. All my subsequent interactions have been pleasant.Really bummed about my experience here. Had a phone appointment scheduled and no one called me. I sent a message through their app asking what happened and no one responded to me. Then I got an automated message saying that I was a no show.
