UNC Family Medicine at Goldsboro provides a positive experience for patients. Friendly staff, including nurses and those up front, are accommodating. Doctors, such as Dr. Cottle and Ms. Lightfoot, are attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable, listening to concerns and creating personalized plans. Referrals are also provided as needed, making patients feel comfortable and informed about their care.
Absolute phenomenal Doctors office. I've been able to call and get last minute appointments the same week, or a virtual visit with my doctor if the appointment log is booked for the week. I've never felt shamed, have my input ignored or brushed off like I've been at other doctors offices.
I can't speak for all the doctors there as my primary is Catherine Lightfoot. I would 100% recommend seeing her to any new patients looking for a primary doctors office! I've recommended about a dozen people so far and every single one of them sung her praises.

First visit was today. Appointment with Miss Lightfoot. She was very friendly and took time to listen to all my concerns. Very knowledgeable and put together a plan to address my needs.
I saw Ms. Lightfoot today for the first time and was very pleased with my appointment. She was very attentive, listened to my concerns and lengthy medical history and provided me ideas and solutions. She also provided referrals that where requested. I am very comfortable with her and the treatment plan we created.Nurse Karen and the ladies up front were also very nice and accommodating. I would recommend Ms. Lightfoot. I will update as I interact with the other providers.
