I am seeing Sarai Wiggins P.A. for my neck. I was in a car accident last month and she is doing all she can to help me. I've also been seen for sciatica and I was referred to another facility for an injection. My husband had back surgery last year through The Raleigh Neurosurgical Clinic. We both recommend them.

Ms. Wiggins was exceptional! I did not feel I was just another number in her busy day. She allowed me time to think through what she asked and to provide her with well thought out answers.

I really like going to Raleigh Neuro. The staff is really nice and caring. PA Sarai Wiggins is awesome. She thoroughly gave me a series of test to identify and help me with my pain.
