Abbey Carpet of Goldsboro provides excellent and patient service, going above and beyond for its customers. The staff is wonderful, professional, and easy to work with, offering great advice and helping through every step of the process from selecting samples to installation. The installers are excellent, taking their time, listening to customers, and putting in extra time and effort to ensure a beautiful and pleasing finished project. The company stands behind its work, quickly handling any issues. Customers are impressed and grateful for the whole experience, highly recommending Abbey Carpet for all flooring, paint, and countertop needs.
We had Red Oak hardwood floors installed in the den, dinning living room, and hallway. They look beautiful, at a fair and reasonable price. George the installer did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond just installing by actually fixing a piece of furniture that came apart while moving it. His suggestions on the molding around our fireplace hearth looks amazing. We also had ceramic tile installed in the kitchen. Again the installer Tino did an outstanding job, they look great. We were finally able to do flooring after years of needing to. When I tell you these wonderful people have been patient and worked with us I'm not kidding. They went above and beyond. From helping me look at idk how many samples, change mind more samples, change mind, samples ECT to waiting for us to get done bc it's been a process (a long one we ran into so many issues), to scheduling installation of flooring and it being damaged from factory to which they had it handled within an hour and so much more. Amazing service, went in here for help matching carpet for a couple holes from my dog and every worker here was helping match color and style. They gave great advice for patching and how to get best results. Will come again for any future flooring projects! Thank you!!
