I had a great experience at California Granite & Flooring. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. While they could use a larger stone yard to make it easier to view all the beautiful slabs, the staff was perfectly willing to move the pieces about so I could select just the right one. Fabrication was excellent and quick; delivery was prompt. From salesperson to delivery person, everyone I came in contact with was polite and respectful. As a designer, I have dealt with many suppliers, California Granite & Flooring has earned a spot as one of my top two preferred suppliers.
Their service and prices are second to none. We replaced our laminate kitchen countertops with Salinas white granite. Couldn't be happier with the installation quality. They were very responsive with scheduling and kept in contact throughout the process. We also shopped around for prices and they couldn't be beat. Highly recommend!!!
I have had an overall good experience with California Granite. Armando was very patient with me through the selection process and worked with me to meet my vision. Courtney took over after the initial sale process and has provided excellent customer service, quickly responding to questions/concerns and ensuring quick resolution of any issues. The installers were very courteous and professional and did an excellent job. When I called to address some issues that needed fixing, they provided speedy resolution, with even one of the owners and supervisors coming out to personally ensure work was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend. .
