“I was halfway to Glenville from out of town when an issue with my housing came up and I couldn't keep my cat with me. I called here and they were able to fit her in! I was happy to see she wouldn't be kept in a small kennel but had a little more room to spread out. I was able to put her things with her (scratching post, toys, my jacket) and leave her food to eat. They provided the water, litter box and litter, and the tent/hutch at the top where she ended up sleeping with my jacket. McKayla was great! She took detailed notes about my cat's needs, and later opened the treats to give which I had said would be great if she had the time. There were two other cats staying, one on either side of my cat, but McKayla hung a blanket to hide them from my girl's view which stopped her worrying about them. I was nervous to board my cat for the first time but I think this went very well.“
