“I'm all the way in nash county. I called and asked if he could come look at my septic system because the county screwed up and my septic field was cut twice. I've been trying for over 2 years trying to get in this place it has been one thing after another. He doesn't even service this area but he came anyway. Not only did he tell me I needed a new system but he offered to do it for me. He said he knows it's not my fault and he would rather put a new system in then to fix the existing system. The techs arrived within their quoted 3-hour window and did an amazing job installing our dishwasher.Our kitchen can be troublesome with the slate tile flooring we had installed after purchasing our home. But the guys had no problem whatsoever, were extremely patient, very nice and did an outstanding job overall. They also took time to show us the basics of the new appliance, warranty information, etc. Best appliance install/service I've had yet.“
