They do a great job dry cleaning our clothes. They are very friendly and recognize my husband and me when we enter. My husband has had numerous clothes altered and has had a great experience.
I used to go to Collins in the Harris teeter plaza on Robin Wood until the hem came out on a blouse and I took it there for hemming....first they tried to charge me for a dress and drycleaning and when that didn't work they charged me over 30 dollars for hemming ....which came out the next time I wore it ....then Another 30+ bill. When the hem failed again ...I went to Chans altering /New Fashion cleaning...$10 dollars and it has lasted multiple years and cleanings since. Don't waste your money .. go to New Fashion for a fair reasonable price and fantastic work!
We have been using New Fashion Cleaners for about a year now. Their location to our house isn't the most convenient, yet it's worth the drive since they do a better job than other cleaners located closer to us. They are polite, professional and do a good job.
