Just opened the bag and everyone’s underwear is all stacked on top of each other and the entire stack is folded- once -all together. Many items are inside out and not folded at all. What is folded is not done neatly. There was a runaround where they couldn’t get themselves organized to bring me a bag to start with, so after stopping by for nothing they finally brought the largest bag which I filled about a 1/3 full but was charged full price. I was charged $60 for 2 medium loads that I had to re-fold. I really need more help around my house and this has disappointed me so deeply. Will not be a repeat customer.

They did a wonderful job on my husbands suit. Gold ⭐️After writing a scathing review about this place they went above & beyond to remedy the situation & misunderstanding I really appreciate that.
