Always ask for a receipt. I didn't and they charged me more than what I wanted to do as a tip. They pulled a piece of skin off my toe it bled and was painful. Manicure had area that top coat buckled on 2 nails. One nail had grit under the polish looked like sand. Gave 15% tip. Bill 105. SB 117.00 showed up on my card as 124.63 not even an even number. Again always ask for a receipt to prove what bill total was.Services: Pedicure

We moved to this suburb last year. I have tried a few places here. But until I found Envy they all fell short!! I am accustomed to salon in the BiG city. This place pampers you like the salons I left to move here. I love this place! They knew I was pressed for time and I have a elite manicure while they did my pedicure! I was im and out in about an hour. And I cannot say enough about the quality of the service. OUTSTANDING! I have found my salon while I am here. I would NOT recommend another salon in Gastonia.

The day I went it was busy. Wasn’t greeted with smiles, matter of fact, one of the older techs had a nasty scowl on her face when looking at me. I was getting acrylic soaked off but no one checked on me until I was getting ready to walk out and i saw 3 people go ahead of me. Tech started on my nails and used a drill to remove regular polish. I asked her to fix a chipped natural nail with acrylic before she started. She instead used nail glue and polished over it. Three days later the glue is not holding the chip. Go at your own risk….
