I only put 4 starts because I know nothing about this doctor's office I just wanted to add a review to ask anyone that goes here or going to go here please make sure u dial the right number I get at least 15 or more calls most days I at least get 5 a day from people trying to call here its to the point I don't answer my phone unless I know the number I have voicemail left from other doctors offices, pharmacy and patients some leaving detail information of everything from insurance information and when I do answer I laugh with the people who call the wrong number and give the right number to call it just amazes me at how many people call the wrong number on a daily my...read full review

I have been going here for longer than I can remember. My first doctor retired during Covid. His replacement, Dr Alex Roy, is a fellow Veteran and has always been there to help & advise with my health needs. The nurses and staff have been helpful and friendly. Very professional.

I have been coming here for 20 years. GFP, was taken over by UNC. So they need to follow UNC guidelines. Things changed and somethings not for the better. I used to be able to request an apt online and the office would call me . Now I have to wait a long time to get to an appointment person. . Otherwise, everyone is great. My only complaint was of a nurse who drew blood. A 92 year old man, who was hard of hearing didn't hear her call his name. She was VERY harsh with him. He also didn't move fast enough for her. There is no reason to disrespect the elderly.
