I have being going to Garner Family Practice for 25 years give or take . They all , especially Dr Spivey awesome. I saw the new doctor was awesome at my last visit . Nurse Mulett is the sweetest lady .

Garner Family Practice is a medical office that has been serving patients for many years. The office has undergone changes, including a takeover by UNC, which has brought some challenges. Despite this, the staff, including Dr. Alex Roy, are professional, friendly, and helpful. Patients appreciate the care and attention they receive from the nurses and staff. However, some patients have experienced longer wait times for appointments and difficulties with online requests. One patient had a negative experience with a nurse who was harsh with an elderly patient, but overall, the office strives to provide quality care to its patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spivey's since 1995 after a referral from my sister who spoke highly of him.
My initial meeting with him and many appointments later I knew that I had made the right decision in becoming his patient.
I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about him. He is the best doctor anybody could be blessed to handle their care. He listens, he encourages, he tells you the truth, and he makes sures that he finda out the source of your ailment and if a referral is needed, he will make sure it happens immediately AND if he doesn't habe an answer, he will make sure his referral source does! Dr Spivey has been my doctor for over thirty years and he has been the most reliable doctor I have ever dealt with before. Very knowledgeable, empathetic and friendly, always smiling. I worry about if he retires before I pass on. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Thanks everybody
