I was taken in a few minutes earlier than my appointment time❤️ Cleaning was gentle and thorough. Love having a woman Dr who understands me. Doc is friendly, caring and personable. Not a chain, she cares about her patients! Front desk staff is the best in Garner!

Always new faces at the front- would love some consistency. Sad that my hygienist Heather is no longer here. She was fabulous. However, Alexis was thoughtful and kind. For the few moments that I spoke with Dr Rachel, she was and is professional and has become more pleasant in recent visits. Maybe it has come with familiarity.I was called back 20 minutes after my appointment time slot, which is unusual for this office.

I had a dental emergency and didn’t have a dentist in Garner. The staff went out of their way to get me in within 20 minutes. Everyone was very friendly, efficient, and professional and the procedure was done quickly and I was out in one hour. Excellent service and extremely professional.
