Yoga at Breathing Space

As a massage therapist, I sometimes need to make time for treating myself. I go to Lynda for her energy work, and she is always so welcoming, kind, and I leave with my spirit and mind refreshed. She's amazing (and a wonderful person).The space itself is endearing and relaxing. I remember the first time I ever walked by it I stopped and thought it felt so special. It truly is! Definitely a little gem tucked away downtown. I'd highly recommend checking it out!

I absolutely love the people here. Most times, starting yoga in a new place is scary but the yoga instructor Delisa was so personable and friendly she really made me feel right at home. This also goes for the girls in the classes that I have attended. I have not taken any other classes, YET, but I plan too. I highly recommend anyone interested in yoga to come here. They are really a fantastic bunch of people! Also, I am not positive but I believe this place is now called Breathing Space, or either it is just in the building named Breathing Space. Either way, come here!
