I want to give a huge recommendation for Ben & Ashley (the owners) and their wonderful team. Ben installed a brand new system on my house a few months ago and everything was great. Then last month my electric bill went crazy and it "seemed" like something was wrong with the new heating system so Ben came out and went over everything with a fine-tooth comb, but everything was working just fine. So, I started looking for other potential causes but to no avail. After a desperate call to Ben because my heat just started running almost constant just to maintain warmth in the house, he came out on a Sunday, and this time he brought a camera and ran it through my ductwork under the house and low and behold, where there had been a shoddy repair done a few years ago by a plumber, there was now a big hole in the duct where the repair had let loose. Ben was leaving to go out of town, but because he did not want me have trouble heating my house, he got a wonderful young man named Austin to come out the next morning to repair it correctly even though they were closed because it was New Years Day. You are true "salt of the earth" gentlemen with honor and loyalty to your clients.
