Based on the reviews, Paula's Pet Paradise Resort is a clean, low cost place for pets. The facility has a big room where pets can stay together, with cots and a play area. The staff are friendly, wonderful, patient, helpful, and professional. They take good care of the pets, giving them plenty of love and attention. They go out of their way to help, even making phone calls to get papers in order. The staff are also super helpful and accommodating on small requests, with constant friendliness and excellent communication. Pets get pictures posted of them while they are away, and they look like they are having a very good time. The dogs love coming here, get excited miles away, and come home happy and tired. The groomer is also very nice. This is the only place people trust taking their babies, and they will be coming back if they need to board their dogs again.
