Every experience I've had at Macon Barber shop has been outstanding. The barbers are personable and do an excellent job. I knew this place was a gem, but I didn't realize how far other barber shops in the area fell short until today. It's the weekend and Macon Barber was closed, I really needed my beard trimmed and was hesitant to go to another shop because last time I chose a different barber the cut was ok and the customer service was poor. Today I chose to go to Great Cuts next to Ingles... I could have done a better job blindfolded. Although I didn’t catch her name; the first lady by the window as you come in the door greeted me immediately upon arrival. She and the other staff members treated me like family. My wife and I are visiting from Union City, TN, and we had made plans for a dinner date tonight and needed some last minute to-dos to be done! She sure helped me out when no one else was willing! Frankie and crew are the best, a real Barbershop, highly recommended. Frankie gives free haircuts to the veterans at the local nursing home, what more do you need to know, great folks to do business with.
