Hot Springs Pools & Spas are always responsive and professional, with excellent turnaround time and service. The team works very well together to get the job done, handling obstacles and completing installations as proposed. Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly, with staff like Kelly who taught a customer how to fix problems and prevent future issues. Mike was super helpful, going above and beyond with follow up and service suggestions. Professional, knowledgeable, and dependable, the team is strongly recommended for spa needs, repairs, and pool store service, including being open Saturdays.
The service at Hot Springs Pools & Spas is top notch. Kelly H. and the staff there are very knowledgeable and professional. Kelly was very helpful in the financing process as well. The delivery was very smooth, as Dan, Jeff, and Mike worked incredibly well together. Mike was kind enough to put our spa umbrella together, and was very thorough in the orientation of our spa. We would definitely recommend this business to anyone interested in pools and hot tub spas. They really got it together! Thank you to all of the staff for a fantastic experience.

Relatively new to the world of hot tubs, we were having problems. Kelly helped us through them very quickly, she really knows her stuff! Taught us what we were doing wrong (you can't mix chlorine and bromine apparently) and how to fix it, and helped us prevent future problems. Great service, everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly! Oh, and yes they're open Saturdays even though Google told us they weren't (they might have fixed that by now)
The team did an amazing job quickly and very professionally. Everything was installed as proposed and they were very conscientious about their work. I definitely highly recommend them.
