I love Franklin Family Dentistry. They're my first consistent Dentist and Dr. Brenner is extremely down to earth and friendly. I never leave the office with questions and his staff is very welcoming and personable, both in person and over the phone. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I brought my elderly mother here for a tooth extraction and she said he was very gentle and it was the least painful extraction she has had. She does not usually like dentists and she likes this one. And then I left my nice pink water bottle in their bathroom and called Krista and she located it for me and had it waiting at the front desk for me to pick up. Very kind 💕 There was also a very friendly lady at the front desk who's name I didn't catch. She was friendly and interesting and we chatted a bit while I waited for my mom. If you have to go to the dentist this seems like the place in Franklin to go. 👍

So, we have been going to see Dr Brenner since he opened his practice. All has been good for many years. Within the last year or better, we have had problems with the office . We were trying to get some receipts for our health equity accounts, the office person hung up on my wife. out of frustration, wife wife asked for papers to transfer our records, she never turned them in. My daughter had a appointment the beginning of July, we neve got a reminder, after spotting that, my wife had one for beginning of August. We called and were informed that our appointments were all cancelled. When we asked we we told that it "was policy." We never received any knowledge of said policy. We have called 4 times or more and were told that Dr Brennar would call us. Nothing. I also stopped in, as did my wife. I called today August 8th and explained what was going on, we just want to know what led to this. 17 years gone

I have been going to Dr Brenner for a few years now. He has always been up front and professional each time. The hygienist are wonderful and office staff are kind. They have worked me in for appointments and answered any questions I may have. I highly recommend this office!
