Had a great experience withSummit Pest. Buddy called me beforehand to let me know of his arrival time and arrived promptly. He then explained everything he would be doing thoroughly and then quickly did an assessment of the house. There were a few hornet nests I wasn't even aware of that he was able to take care of for me, same day; which I really appreciated as I am allergic to bees. Gave the whole house a wipe down of spider webs then sprayed the repellent. Summit Pest Solutions is truly a wonderful business to work with and we are so thrilled with the excellent customer service we receive! We have been with Summit for a bit and we are always extremely satisfied with the service we receive. Contacting and speaking with the office is so easy. Quarterly sprays are so thorough. We have a mouse in the basement so I contacted the office this morning and same day Summit was able to come out. Dylan helped and he did such a fantastic job. We just transferred service to Summit. They responded quickly to my inquiry submitted on their website. They were very reasonably priced for termite prevention (that is all we priced at this time). They were able to come out and install their termite system 2 days after my inquiry. When doing the install, Buddy was very informative and took his time explaining how the system worked and answered all questions I had. I also really appreciate the fact they are a local company and you can tell by how they operate their company. Hands down, highly recommend Summit Pest.
