So this salon lets see the front ladies are so easy to talk to even over the phone the lady and I just laugh and could conversate on and on, my stylist Marjorie knows how to get exactly what I want very up front about whatever color or cut is achievable and she is such a lovely daisy of a person! Highly recommend this place, my stylist, anyone there !
I truly enjoy coming to tangles salon to get my hair done! The atmosphere is tranquil, yet fun. It brings back the feeling of a salon in the movies, where all the ladies are getting their hair done but also getting to have those much needed moments of connection. 10/10.
i only have SUCH good things to say about this salon. i had gone to a curl specialist when i damaged my 3A hair and left me with a butchered job, so i took a chance on a bigger salon and they did NOT disappoint. everyone was so friendly and welcoming; as soon as i walked in, i was attended and given a small gift just for choosing them. i personally chose Naima given her experience online with curly hair and i can confidently say i DO trust her with my curly hair. she listened to every little thing i had to say and i felt like my hair was truly safe in her hands, which is a first for me. she knew exactly what was going on with my hair before me even stating some of it...read full review
