Although, I will not return.This is what happens when they're in a hurry and take clients when they are already short-staffed.Mom's pants were dirty from the nail residue and no concern what so ever.Please try to be more gentle with customers and mindful of their time when accepting or asking customers to come back.

Service was ok, prices NOT. Was going to charge me $50 for a color change on my hands (gel) and regular on my feet. When I question the price it went down to $45. I'd gotten a Mani and Pedi with gel hands same place for $75?! It doesn't add up to me. Perhaps I'm buggin but. I don't think so.

The technician who did my nails, seemed very upset. He initiated filing my nails in a manner of agitation. I had called for a same day appointment with a 5 HR window in advance. He finished my nails in 30 minutes, without asking for the desired shape, and when he noticed that I didn’t really like it, he asked me if I think they’re nice… I replied with “sure” knowing truthfully that I was not going to make him fix it, since I was never going to return to this location.
