Everyone here has always been so friendly to me. I see them working hard every time I come in. Trish is absolutely amazing- there is no doubt how skilled she is. BEST lash extensions around! I have been going to the Ramsey Street location for years. The staff is always nice and their work is good. Once or twice have I walked away not 100% satisfied. However lately I have experienced situations that have me thinking that I need to find another salon. I walked in one day, towards the end of the day and they were very busy. I was asked to come back the next day- which I totally understood. Instead, I asked if I could make an appointment for the following day (2 days later) which I did. I got to my "appointment" 30 minutes early and they started on my pedicure immediately. During my pedi the nail tech got a call from a customer that wanted to come in that day...read full review
