“Very surprised for any negative reviews here. I am so impressed with every single detail of my visit! The office staff was amazing with booking, allowing me to reschedule when I got sick with no issues. Texting was super easy to set up my appointment times. I came in right at my appointment time scared they would be mad I wasn't early, no attitude whatsoever! Every single person I interacted with was FRIENDLY, reassuring, PROFESSIONAL, competent and really good at explaining everything from start to finish. They were patient, sweet and very thorough. I was referred through the Army, and from the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and patient with me. My hygienist, Katlin Russell (I think was her full name) :) , was absolutely wonderful. As an active-duty soldier, I hadn’t had a cleaning in two years and honestly felt pretty insecure about it. Katlyn made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Growing up, I didn’t always have the best dental care, so taking care of my teeth now means a lot to me. Dr. Thakkar, Tim, Scarlet, and Lindsey were absolutely incredible from start to finish! They were patient, gentle, and went out of their way to make her feel in control, heard, and safe. Ms. Lindsey even tapped into her momma-bear energy when she noticed something was out of place with my daughter’s care plan. As a mom, it meant everything to see a team treat her fear as something real and valid, not something to brush off.
