We had a wonderful experience at Valleygate. To start, the facility is super clean. It’s very inviting as soon as you walk in. The ladies at the front desk are so warm and welcoming. Dr.Olsen and Dr.Patel are amazing! I cannot say enough about them. I was extremely anxious coming in but they answered every question and truly eased my mind. Bed side manner is 10/10. Aftercare was great as well! The nurses were so attentive and helpful during recovery. We had a great experience!
First and foremost I would like to give honor to God for leading me here to meet some wonderful people. Dr.Reed the surgeon that worked on my son and Dr.Edwards that works alongside with the Anesthesiologist team were in my baby hands today . When I tell you because of the worry I had on my mind from past situations other dentistries had I felt such a relief .For one the place smelt so fresh and clean 10/10 . Nurse Tori, Dr Edwards, Dr Lee, & Dr Dunston were wonderful with explaining the procedure and helping me process the information. Afterwards, nurse Julie was absolutely amazing with helping me calm down after seeing my daughter post-op. I was very emotional and did not know what to expect. She calmed me down and gave me comfort.
