“As a licensed Professional Engineer, I expected excellence in the construction of my workshop and portico by Construction Solutions. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. The rough-in and finish carpenters, the masons, the concrete, the electricians, and the HVAC workers all did excellent work. At the end of the job, there were very few punch list items to correct.Mr. Spencer Gay did a great job keeping me informed during the entire construction process. He routinely visited the site to discuss the current and projected progress. He was also very responsive to my calls and questions. Everyone that we met and interacted with were professional and respectful. The office staff and the construction workers were polite in their interactions with us.Construction Solutions did an excellent job managing the subcontractors and keeping the work on schedule. Construction Solutions also did a commendable job coordinating with Cumberland County’s construction inspectors which prevented long delays waiting for county approval of the work.We waited 29 years to have the workshop and the portico built, and we are ecstatic with the construction. I have the workshop of my dreams and a beautiful portico; both will enhance the value of our property.I have already recommended Construction Solutions to several of my neighbors. One has already had them do work, and they were pleased with the outcome. We are very glad that we decided to have Construction Solutions work for us.“

“The workers did an excellent job on replacing my ducts under the house. The workers explained everything they were doing, checked the system and flow of air from the vents after the job was completed. They even took photos and let me know of other issues under the house that I was unaware existed. Michael came out and tested the heat to make sure the temperature was flowing correctly through the vents. They showed up on time, completed the job in a timely manner and very efficient. Overall, I had the best customer experience and would gladly recommend this company.“
