We visited Parnell as well as a few other pool & hot tub stores while considering a hot tub. Parnell not only had the best inventory and prices but also the best customer service. Mickey was great! The hot tub we wanted had to be ordered and he kept us up to date while we waited for it to come in. He was also very helpful when it came time to install and after it was installed. We know nothing about taking care of a hot tub so when my husband went in with our water sample, everything was explained to him very thoroughly. They are always patient and willing to answer any questions we have. We are enjoying our hot tub thanks to Mickey and the rest of the team at Parnell!

Started our pool adventure at the end of 2021. We were shopping around for different vendors for a while but stuck with Parnell because of Mickey who was respectful, insightful and courteous during our initial discussions. Doug was also very respectful and well-versed with our requirements, answering any questions before, during, and after construction. They accomplished the job quickly and efficiently keeping us apprised on all stages of the development. We have already jumped in several times, in our new in-ground pool and we are really satisfied and know if any questions arise or need assistance, we can reach out to Parnell.
