This is by far the best company that we have worked with in Eastern North Carolina. We have bought 2 full HVAC systems from EMI and they have been super flexible with timing, provided super friendly customer service, and have always came back if we need them to check something at no additional cost. They stand behind their work, always do a fantastic job, and are an absolute joy to work with.
We were devastated to have our AC go out in the middle of the heat this June. So I called EMI who was referred to me by a good friend of mine. The owner came and looked at my unit and determined it was time for a new one. His wife handles the financing side of it and she was amazing guiding me through the process. Next day the crew was here and got my new unit installed within 2 hours. I was floored at how rad everyone is. God bless the EMI team. EMI installed and manages my HVAC unit and recently installed a vapor barrier under my house as well as changed all of my ductwork. This company and crew always do a fantastic job. Very professional, knowledgeable, and the pricing is reasonable. I have had only positive experiences with them. They come in and get the job done quickly and accurately. I highly recommend them.
