We were devastated to have our AC go out in the middle of the heat this June. So I called EMI who was referred to me by a good friend of mine. The owner came and looked at my unit and determined it was time for a new one. His wife handles the financing side of it and she was amazing guiding me through the process. EMI installed and manages my HVAC unit and recently installed a vapor barrier under my house as well as changed all of my ductwork. This company and crew always do a fantastic job.
