Ms. Kristie who worked on me was absolutely wonderful. She spent over five hours being so gentle and careful with my hair, explaining every step of the process so I felt comfortable. Ms. Stephanie was also right there helping to consult on the best approach and making sure I was taken care of, even bringing me water and checking in constantly. Ms. Pricilla is very helpful too with booking my appointment.

Today was difficult, different. My oldest dog was at the end of her life. The Vet checked her over and shared from the heart that in her opinion, it is time to let her go.
My wife and I did not want our little dog to suffer so we agreed to let her go. When I brought my dog in she could not sit still. However, when they medicated her, she was able to lay down as if she wasn't hurting anymore. The ease of her laying on the table, that is how I will remember her. No more pain, no more struggles, just a gentle passing.

Mr. Garris, and all his staff that have worked on my flooring are truly absolute professionals. From start to finish they have been true professionals.
