I can’t say enough good things about Eubanks Mechanical. My first interaction with them was when I was selling my home in 2019. My realtor suggested I replace the HVAC unit before selling, which I really wasn’t interested in doing. One of the owners came out to inspect my unit and give his opinion. He cleaned up the unit really well, suggested I let the old unit stay and offer a home warranty, which I had already planned to do. In all, he spent about an hour working in the June heat ok the unit outside and up in the attic, and didn’t charge me a dime.
