The wait time is way less than other clinics, with patients called back within 15 minutes and visits lasting no longer than 45 minutes. The service is quick and attentive. Mrs. Crystal is a wonderful doctor who is nice and gentle with children; she focuses on the children but also checks in on mom, recommending and giving advice. The staff is very respectful, and the clinic provides good quality care. Everyone is so nice, and the team addresses all concerns and questions. The clinic in Fairmont, NC is highly recommended for children.

We didn't have to sit in the waiting room for long. My daughter was called back within 15 minutes and the Dr came in within 15 minutes. She was friendly and answered every question I had. She prescribed my daughter medicine for ear infection and cough. We spent no longer than 45 minutes at the Dr.
Staff was very friendly and professional. We were called back within a few minutes of arrival. The provider was also very friendly and quickly established rapport with my nephew. She explained everything to us and asked if I had any questions. I left very satisfied with the visit and would definitely recommend this provider for anyone with school age children.
