Great clinic. Very helpful. Everyone is friendly and extremely professional. Dr. M listens and explains. The Nurses and staff are excellent at their job. I felt comfortable and all of my questions were answered

UNC Health Family Medicine at Fairmont always goes above and beyond from the time I walk in the door to beyond the office. I am always seen in a timely manner and made welcome, from the reception staff, medical assistants to my PA, Aundrea. Aundrea and her staff have been there for me for a long time. From phone calls, emails, tele-visits to In office visits, everyone always treats me as if I'm the only patient they have. I live one hour away from this office, but when a doctor sits down and doesn't rush through your visit and actually listens to you, what do you do? You keep them.
