“This family operation was first-class from the start. John understood our situation right away and recommended the best solution for our AC needs. I recommend Linkous to anyone looking for an honest, reliable HVAC company. We have a place in Florida and a place up here in NC and it is great to have found a great company in these mountains that we can trust.”
“We hired Complete Comfort Heating and Air to retrofit our mid-1980s home with a heat pump system to replace original strip heaters and add AC. Owner Michael Johnson carefully examined the house and designed an optimal system. The installation crew members (Grant, Jessie, Bob, Robert and Dean) were very professional and did an amazing job of running ductwork through our cramped attic area. The price was fair, and the work was accomplished in a completely satisfactory manner. We are enjoying our new system and highly recommend this company!”
“John has fixed my AC multiple times in Roan Mountain and just recently at my new home in Elizabethton. He is always quick to answer and respond and fixes quickly at a very affordable rate. I was just quoted over $1000 by another local “pro” and John came and fixed it for $160!! Don’t look anywhere else. Highland Heating & Cooling is your best choice.”
