Avery Heating and Air had done work for the home I purchased. I was not sure if I would stick with them or not, however, they have been so helpful with everything I have needed. Top notch customer attention from day one. Quick response to inquiries. My sales consultant responded to emails after hours and on weekends and also got the information I needed to work with my insurance. In fact, everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. They were stretched on staffing and brought in installers from their other location to get me taken care of at an earlier date that scheduled. Cannot ask for much more than that.
Can’t say enough about Avery, their efficiency with providing service and quality of their technicians. Special shout out to Daniel who did our maintenance and noticed the dehumidifier in an under area (and not belonging to us) was not working properly.
