John has fixed my AC multiple times in Roan Mountain and just recently at my new home in Elizabethton. He is always quick to answer and respond and fixes quickly at a very affordable rate. I was just quoted over $1000 by another local “pro” and John came and fixed it for $160!! Don’t look anywhere else. Highland Heating & Cooling is your best choice.
