I have been a patient for many years. Excellent practice. Staff and doctors are professional and caring. Very short wait time to be seen. I even had an emergency once (a film / lens that had been applied on my eye for a treatment had shifted and wrinkled causing extreme pain and discomfort) and they saw me immediately. Corrected the problem and alleviated my pain. Highly recommend this practice.
This was my eye dr from 2018-2021. I never had a rude encounter, the staff were nice, but the wait times were always very very long. Even when the office appeared empty I would wait for 30min or more in the waiting area. Now, it is possible that the wait time has improved since I was seen there. The dr also has you sign a form when you get contacts that states you won't do a bunch of things that I conisder normal things (and I have worn contacts for 20 years with no problems!) I assume it is for legal purposes so I always signed it, but have never been asked to sign anything similar at any other eye dr (ive been to six other eye doctors in different states and cities)
My experience at this practice was negative. It was an ordeal just to get an appointment, as the office staff failed to give me both the correct office hours and the days that a provider would be on site. During my appointment, the staff's priority seemed to be getting me out of there as quickly as possible rather than accurately determining my eyeglass prescription or assessing my eye health. The technician made mistakes with my prescription, and the provider recommended an expensive procedure which my new doctor says is unnecessary. I would recommend seeking care elsewhere.
