Even on a super busy day with technological malfunctions, I was taken care of by all involved. Always attentive to my concerns and questions answered. Thank you to Dr. Burns and all staff.Merry Christmas.
I felt like the doctor did not address any of the concerns I listed and discussed with the technician. Everyone was very nice and polite, but the doctor seemed rushed to get on to the next patient.
Everything was so smooth. The receptionist was pleasant and easy to work with. I had a little complication with my insurance and she worked it out with me quickly and professionally. I was pulled back after my appointment time which to me can be normal in the medical field. The assistant who took me back was gentle in explaining things to me and acted very professional.
