My family and I are so grateful for such wonderful service after we lost our home to a fire. They walked us through every step of the process. From the demo of the old house to handing us the keys. They took a lot of the stress off us and even argued with the insurance and mortgage company when needed. They made us feel like family!! Definitely blessed to have meet such wonderful people who get the job done! Would absolutely use them again and refer to family and friends!!!

Tim Phelps & Co. built our dream home and we are loving it. Tim was patient and supportive to all of our needs and he was super easy to work with. He is professional, easy going, and takes pride in his work. Our house is solid and very well built. My only regret is that I didn’t put the gas fireplace and soaker tub in the same room! Tim, Debra, and Janet, you were all great to work with!
