if I could leave no stars I would. I've been calling these people for a week now and no response. Also have left several voicemails. Today is Monday and I've been calling since 10 am, now it's several hours later and no answer, no call back or nothing. This is the shittiest example of a business getting back to someone in a timely manner

Lee has came out to my house twice now due to issues with the a/c blowing hot. He gave courtesy call the first time when running behind schedule which is nice. He was always very nice and informative of issues at hand and he fixed the issues both times in a timely manner. We appreciate his knowledge and help because no one likes a hot house!!! Thank you!

The guy was nice BUT Charged me $75 service fee and told me I needed a new panel that was apparently just replaced. Would have cost $700 in my brand new house. Got a second opinion and it just needed an $80 part with labor. Didn’t even charge me a service fee. I wasn’t happy that I didn’t have ac for a week!
