Yellowstone is obviously the company my HOA uses to maintain our lawn in my community. I reached out to My HOA after noticing a hole in my covered patio vinyl trim from their weed-eater. Needless to say they have yet to contact me but I did see on my camera some lady from the company came out walked into my yard picked up or put something in my mulch that they also blew all the grass all over and then left! They never once reached out to me. I found the company from the company truck she was driving! We have had issues with them and cutting our lawn since we moved into our home.

This company has the absolute worst customer service out of any company I've ever dealt with in my entire life. They currently have a contract doing the Landscaping at the townhouse community that I know that I live at one day while trimming the bushes not only did they leave all of the debris behind after they were done but in the process they cut my garden hose. I reached out multiple times to management in order to try to find a way or a solution for them to fix the problem. Was working on a irrigation system at HOA and one of their employees starting screaming to stop working on the system and move the f out. Fyi I was there 40 minutes prior their guys arrived and had just like 5 minutes left to wrap things out.
