Don’t trust these tree butchers with your landscaping. I spoke directly with the lead “arborist” about not cutting the tree outside my window — it isn’t a walkway or a pass through, so there was no reason to touch it. She promised they wouldn’t touch the trees until spring (this was early August).

A week later, the tree had been hacked back severely with many mid branch rough cuts. Anyone with basic tree care training knows how to lighten a limb without leaving visible damage, and not to prune during periods of intense summer heat.

Giving 1 star is generous. Unfortunately, I live in an HOA where they have been chosen (pretty sure it won't be for much longer though) but the quality of work is atrocious. Sometimes they cut, sometimes they don't. When they do they miss half the yard. You can forget about blowing the grass of patios and sidewalks. If you have a fence, it's even worse. I also don't think they understand the concept of a gate, and that it is meant to be closed, so if you have pets, good chance they get out. If whoever reads this is responsible for making an HOA or community decision, save yourself the year-long headache and find another company.

Yellowstone is obviously the company my HOA uses to maintain our lawn in my community. I reached out to My HOA after noticing a hole in my covered patio vinyl trim from their weed-eater. Needless to say they have yet to contact me but I did see on my camera some lady from the company came out walked into my yard picked up or put something in my mulch that they also blew all the grass all over and then left! They never once reached out to me. I found the company from the company truck she was driving! We have had issues with them and cutting our lawn since we moved into our home.
