Our old house was in desparate need of love and paint. We also have a LARGE storage shed (1,000 sf). Both needed carpentry, house needed major scraping, the shed needed t-1 11 put up before painting. House is about 3200 sf, so lots to paint. Wilmer and his crew were always on time and oh so polite. I would hire them again in a minute and highly recommend them. Wilmer's pricing was great too. We had 5 bids ranging from $8,700 to $14,000. We took a chance on Wilmer since his bid was the lowest. So glad we did.

Wilmer charged us $765 for two hours of elementary-level painting. He did not do the scope of work listed on his estimate. When we requested an adjustment that would reflect a more reasonable charge, he became unprofessional and a bully. Hiring him is a huge regret.
