The care we receive here from Dr. Smith is top notch. Our dog is a difficult patient with a complicated medical history, and she is always so patient with him. We recently went through a big health scare with him, and she was wonderful every step of the way. I felt like she was genuinely feeling all of the emotions we were feeling as we made decisions for him, and she was able to get him in at NC State for surgery. She has been a partner in his care and shown true interest in his wellbeing. We continue to travel almost an hour to come to Dr. Smith even after having moved out of Durham because of the level of care our little guy receives.
Had a bad situation with another vet. My dog almost lost his leg.
The vet doc here saved my dog's legs and worked with me on budgeting.
I'm with this place for my lifetime.
Willow oak, their docs and techs are great. Dr Cagle and Crownshaw are wonderful! I seldom have to wait and can see a doc when I need to see one. Would definitely recommend and will continue to bring my pets here!!
