I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they were a little busy but made time for everyone. Selecting my eye wear and making purchase was a breeze. The young man that help me was so professional.
Today was my first day going into Warby Parker in person. I loved that I could use their online site to preview glasses before I actually went into the store. I was greeted by a young lady who immediately helped me find a great frame and the entire process was less than 20 minutes to get my measurements, order the glasses and pay. By the time I got home, I already an email letting me know that they started working on my new glasses and they should be ready in 7-10 days. That is excellent service!
Had a wonderful experience this Christmas Eve at Warby Parker! Found and purchased the perfect pair of prescription glasses. It was a wonderful experience all around. In addition to a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, the available selection of frames was extensive and reasonably priced. Warby Parker at Southpoint gets my highest recommendation.
