I sheepishly walked into Upchurch Optical to see if they could adjust the Ray-Bans I bought online. Aubrey very graciously helped me and was so professional. My glasses now fit perfectly and I discovered a local jewel. Next time I get glasses will definitely not be online (what a terrible decision that was) but will be with Upchurch! Thanks, Aubrey!

The folks at Upchurch are the best— so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection of frames and are very low key and helpful. I’ve been a customer for years and have always had a fantastic experience.

Upchurch Optical Ctr in Sutton Sq. (adjoining Woodcroft subdiv.) truly practices their motto of "providing ... the very best in customer service." For the 2nd time, I recently walked in with a pair of broken Rx. glasses that they quickly fixed... without ever charging me! And they did it with a smile & welcoming attitude. For me, it's a throwback to decades ago when customer service truly meant something.
