Our lawn clean-up and lawn maintenance with TROSA is the best we have ever had. The communication with TROSA (to schedule estimate, get quotes,...) has been easy and prompt. The guys are so nice and attentive. For example, I am very protective of my Hydrangeas. No problem. They didn't touch them (per my request) but did an excellent job on all of the other plants in my beds. They always leave a note if we were not home when they came, and they have repeatedly let us know that if anything isn't done to our satisfaction that they will deal with it immediately. We have used TROSA for four years. They are polite and easy to work with. Each crew has a no-nonsense boss. Their service includes trimming shrubs, fertilizing, aerating, leaf raking. TROSA hauls away all the debris. They provide and spread mulch every Spring. Most important, my wife and I get to know the workers and encourage and support them in their rehab program. They are supervised well.

I want to express my gratitude and Praises to Scott and Michael, the crew who came over yesterday (Sept 8th, 2022) to aerate and dethatch my lawn. They were pleasant, professional, and did a thoroughly excellent job of preparing the yard for applying new grass seed. I cannot thank you (the department) along with the crew.
