Excellent and compassionate service!
I took my uncle, who is in poor health with very limited mobility, to Triangle Visions for his eye care. Natalie was incredibly patient and creative in working with his limitations. It is unfortunately rare to find medical professionals who are as caring towards disabled patients as Natalie was for us. She helped us through each challenge with a smile and an encouraging word. The entire staff at Triangle Visions is so friendly, from the security guard and receptionists to the optometrist herself, but Natalie deserves special recognition for making our appointment a positive experience.
I recently worked with Rebecca and was very impressed at the level of attention to detail and customer service that she provided. As someone who finds shopping for clothing / glasses / jewelry somewhat difficult, as I don't really have an "eye" for what looks good, Rebecca was more than capable of helping me identify what worked well with my skin tone, facial structure, hair color... all of the things. Haha. I've gotten multiple compliments from people at work from the pair of glasses I purchased on the day she helped me.

My first time attending this location was great. I received professional service from all the staff members. I was impressed with the explanations from both the doctor and staff who took the time to explain the procedures for the examination. I greatly appreciate them for their outstanding service.
