My favorite yoga studio in the triangle! I was nervous to try hot yoga at first, but the staff and environment were so welcoming. Classes are warm & heated but not too hot. Definitely work up a sweat! Grateful that there are props for use and mats to rent before I got my own. Always a balanced flow with lots of options and accommodations.

The owners and teachers at Threehouse put their hearts and souls into their offerings, and the result is a welcoming, quality experience that embodies all the best things about Durham. I've been attending classes there since they opened at their old location, and appreciate the consistent quality of their hot yoga offerings as well as the more innovative new specialty classes. What a fantastic resource to have in the Triangle. Keep up the great work, Threehouse!
