To say that I am proud to be a Remedy Bride is an understatement! I received exceptional service that went above and beyond their duties. The day before my wedding, I was scheduled to receive a relaxer and to prep my hair for the big day. Unfortunately, the salon and the surrounding area was without power when I arrived for my appointment at 8:00 am. Initially, we thought the power would be restored by 10:00 am. When it was not, Maria, my hair stylist, welcomed me to her home to help me prepare my hair for the big day. Had a Groupon for lashes. I didn't expect much because of the price but my appt was at 3:30. The website says to come 15 mins early. I did. I had to ring a bell to alert my presence. I check d in and sat. The lash person ( never introduced herself) came to get me at 4:00. Yes, I sat for 45 mins! No exaggeration! The clusters were applied fairly quickly but didn't have much of a selection. Either "short"'or "really long". Looks like the needed to re-up on the supply. I typically wear individual lashes at $200 full set , but my regular girl is out of town for a few weeks. So I thought "why, not?" It's just temporary.
