The doctor during consultation and the doctor that did my procedure were both polite and explained everything thoroughly. The doctor during my procedure was patient and understanding.
All of the staff was great actually. The receptionist was also kind and made me feel seen as she recognized me every time I came in.
The nurse in the laser room was also nice and gentle. A very good experience so far. I look forward to my vision getting better each day 🤍
I had the most pleasant time at the Durham office. The staff there is super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They answered every question and worry I had. My surgery was fast and they walked me through it the whole procedure. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
