It took over an hour for my son’s haircut to get done, and it was probably the worst haircut he’s ever had until the colleague of the first stylist stepped in to save the day and clean it up/finish it. The rescue stylist was so very kind to my son, me and the original stylist, and she is the reason for 3 stars instead of 1. My recommendation is for the talented/skilled/aware stylists at this location (there are multiple) to share details of situations like this with management so they can help fix problems like this before they bring the rest of the store down.
I brought my 11yo son in with a very botched haircut and Lindsey absolutely fixed it. She comforted my son and me actually from the very beginning, involved both of us on the progress and planning. I am extremely grateful for her professionalism and kindness. She genuinely converted us into lifetime customers. Thanks Lindsey!
Lindsey was amazing, probably the best haircut experience I'd ever had. This was my 1st time to a sports clips, and I'm hooked! The hot towel and scalp massage was amazing. Thank you for the awesome haircut and experience!
