Everyone who works here is friendly, attentive, and diligent. Dr. Byrd is deeply caring and goes out of her way to ensure that your prescription is a perfect match. She is very patient and thorough -- you feel like an actual person and not just a patient she is trying to rush through. I've had to go back several times to ensure that my prescription/contacts are the right fit (my eyes are picky), and Dr. Byrd and the staff are always welcoming and eager to help.
I took a pair of sunglasses in for repair that MyEyeDr had broken a screw on. The gentleman that helped me out was amazing and was able to extract the broken screw and replaced it as well. When I asked how much I owed he just told me to have a nice day. What incredible customer service!!!!! They definitely have my business going forward!!!
I’ve had the pleasure of working with the always welcoming, friendly, and deeply knowledgeable/professional staff at Specs for several years. I’ll keep it simple - they don’t get any better than this! I encourage anyone with optical needs/interests to stop in and meet them..this visit I promise you will not regret!
